• * About the Role ** We’re looking for a detail‑driven Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage full‑cycle payroll and support benefits administration for our 300–400‑employee manufacturing operation. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely payroll and exceptional employee support across multiple shifts.
• * What You’ll Do ** Process end‑to‑end payroll for hourly and salaried employees

Audit timecards, overtime, shift differentials, and incentive pay Maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, garnishments, and direct deposits Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee questions Assist with open enrollment, benefits billing, and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and state/federal regulations Provide responsive support to employees, supervisors, and HR partners ** What We’re Looking For ** 3+ years of full‑cycle payroll experience (manufacturing preferred) Experience supporting 300+ employees strongly preferred Knowledge of payroll laws, ACA, and benefits processes Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail Proficiency with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, Paychex, etc.) Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus ** Work Environment ** On‑site role in a non‑union, 24/7 solar manufacturing facility Fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with multiple production shifts ** Equal Opportunity Employer ** We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and participate in E‑Verify.
