Pelican Heating & Air & Washington Generators has proudly served the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years! Established in 1993 and now partnered with Washington Electric / Generators , we're growing fast and looking for skilled professionals to grow with us.
We are currently seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team of expert technicians. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working as part of a team, and want to help homeowners stay comfortable year-round, this is the role for you!

Position Summary: As an HVAC Lead Installer , you will oversee and perform the installation of residential HVAC systems from start to finish. This includes reading blueprints, leading a small install team, maintaining safety and code compliance, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.
Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 an hour, depending on experience
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong understanding of ductwork, low/high-voltage wiring, and refrigerant line set installation
- Ability to read and interpret plans and schematics
- Can confidently lead an install crew
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet or knees for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
