Emerald Loop Bar and Grill is a lively Irish pub and restaurant offering classic comfort food, quality pints, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality. We’re a high-energy, guest-focused environment that values teamwork, consistency, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

We’re seeking a hands-on FOH Floor Manager to lead daily service, support the team, and ensure guests receive warm, efficient, and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service
• Greet guests, perform table touches, and resolve concerns promptly
• Uphold friendly, professional service standards
• Ensure atmosphere reflects the pub’s brand (music, lighting, cleanliness, energy)

Team Leadership

• Communicate daily priorities
• Coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Assist with training and onboarding
• Enforce uniform, appearance, and conduct standards
• Ensure staff certifications are current

Service Operations

• Oversee host stand and seating flow
• Manage sections
• Monitor ticket times and coordinate with kitchen and bar
• Troubleshoot service issues in real time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FOH management experience in a pub, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant
• Strong guest service and leadership skills
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• TOAST experience required
