Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Who We're Looking For:
This isn't your typical Event Sales Manager role. Our ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people, growing business, and creating memorable experiences. They're hospitality-minded, highly organized, and comfortable prospecting, networking, and meeting clients in person. They bring a positive attitude, strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver exceptional service and support the team.

A Day in the Life as the Event Sales Manager:
• Respond promptly to event inquiries and create professional proposals
• Conduct welcoming and engaging venue tours for prospective clients
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, client rebooking, referrals, and upselling opportunities
• Attend networking events and community functions
• Represent Star Lanes Polaris at events (RendeZOO, Fourth Friday, and other community activities)
• Guide clients through the event planning process from inquiry to execution
• Manage event details including payments, guest counts, and operational coordination
• Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications:
• Event sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, hotels, venues, restaurants, or tourism preferred
• Tripleseat experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously

Schedule Expectations:
• Primarily Monday–Saturday (weekday off provided)
• Occasional early mornings and evenings required
• Attendance at networking and community events is expected
