HR Specialist

The Human Resources Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations at the site by providing administrative and front-line HR support to employees and supervisors. This role assists with hourly and temporary recruitment, timekeeping processes, onboarding, and employee support to help ensure efficient and compliant operations.Assists with administration of HR programs such as benefits communication and employee engagement initiatives.Performs other duties as assigned. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with or ability to learn HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems. Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of related experience in HR, administrative, or recruiting support.
