What You’ll Do: Drive Market Growth by leading territory expansion across industrial and commercial trade channels, achieving revenue and margin objectives. Cultivate Strategic Partnerships with distributors, specifiers, and agents to strengthen brand presence and capture new market share. Lead the Sales Process through consultative engagement, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, and project closure. Deliver Technical Expertise by positioning energy‑efficient and smart lighting solutions that meet complex customer requirements. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally with marketing, product management, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and customer success. What We’re Looking For?
