We're looking for an experienced, motivated, expert horticulture and garden maintenance artisan to lead one of our high-quality, creative, horticulture and garden maintenance teams doing greenscape installations, bed refurbishments and horticultural maintenance - and whatever else we can imagine with our customers. Requirements for Horticulture and Garden Maintenance Crew Lead:

• Minimum 5-7 years of full time horticulture work, preferably in residential high-end landscape projects;
• At least 1-3 years leadership experience;
• Must be a trusted leader, able to handle yourself and your teams professionally, engage with clients, work collaboratively with production managers, designers, and owners;
• Clean driving record and drug-testing required.
