Talent Management Specialist

Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family‑owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Our wholesale and retail fuel businesses are multi‑branded, which includes Shell, Mobil, Irving, Sunoco, Gulf, Valero, Citgo, Phillips 66, Exxon, and multiple unbranded brands. Our wholesale operations supply branded and unbranded fuel to 300+ locations across New England and New York. We are ranked within the top 50 largest convenience store chains in the country, operating 150+ company‑operated locations throughout New England and are ranked within the top 10 largest car wash chains in the country. Responsibilities Execute the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluations and goal setting. Facilitate training sessions throughout performance management cycles to support leaders during various stages of the performance cycle. Provide reporting and updates as needed/requested for the performance management cycle. Support talent development initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders. Collaborate with the L&D team to refine performance management processes. Analyze organizational data and metrics to inform recommendations toward improving culture and performance. Provide coaching and support to managers and teams to help them achieve their development goals and overcome challenges. Support internal communications efforts, including drafting communications, updating myNouria, or supporting other talent management activities as requested.
