Information Technology Help Desk Technician

In this position, you'll support employees with account access, software applications, Microsoft technologies, and technical troubleshooting while gaining exposure to enterprise IT systems and support processes. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology and system support requests. Troubleshoot issues related to software, applications, employee portals, and account access. Assist employees with password resets, account recovery, and system navigation. Document support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps within the ticketing system. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT support teams when necessary. Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and service expectations are met. Support Microsoft‑based environments, including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Assist with administrative tasks related to employee systems, phone services, and timekeeping platforms. Learn and apply IT service management best practices while contributing to continuous process improvement. Build technical expertise through hands‑on experience with enterprise technology systems. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED.
