Job Summary
Bartenders play a key role in our guest experience - mixing and serving drinks with precision, personality, and professionalism. You'll be responsible for recommending drinks, maintaining product knowledge, handling transactions, and keeping the bar clean and well-stocked. Your energy and hospitality help create the environment we strive for: warm, elegant, and vibrant.


Responsibilities

• Provide full bar service, including craft cocktails, wine, and beer
• Engage with guests to assess preferences and offer personalized recommendations
• Maintain a welcoming, professional presence behind the bar
• Ensure proper ID verification and alcohol service compliance
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly
• Keep your bar station clean, organized, and prepped for service
• Maintain inventory, prep lists, and contribute to a collaborative service team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in fine dining or upscale casual hospitality
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Service-minded and solution-oriented
• Flexible availability based on restaurant needs
• Food handler's card as required by local/state regulations

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
