Landscape Team Leader Mowing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 employees, assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat and well-manicured appearance on client properties.
• Identify and address weeds, pests, and diseases, applying appropriate treatments and recommending preventive measures as needed.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools, ensuring safe and effective use.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and the Operations Manager to ensure client satisfaction and smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT card (assistance provided during the DOT process).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mowing or landscape maintenance.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
• Proficiency in operating landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to reliably commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044.

Compensation

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour
