Landscape Enhancement Supervisor

As a Landscape Enhancement Supervisor, you will lead teams in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor environments for a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape enhancement activities, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching to ensure vibrant and healthy landscapes.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems to promote efficient water usage.
• Lead landscape projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections to assess landscape health, identify issues such as pests or disease, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on plant selection, landscape design, and maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening principles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Hands-on experience with construction activities related to landscape enhancement projects; proficiency with skid steer and mini-excavator required.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation

$26.00 – $32.00 per hour
