Calibration Engineer
Join us in Columbus, IN for a long-term position where your expertise in Aftertreatment Software (AT) controls and diagnostic features will shine. Your role involves providing crucial inputs to customers for calibration development, ensuring they meet AT performance targets successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and troubleshoot software behavior correctness utilizing customer data to pinpoint system malfunctions' root causes.
- Support the Test team by scheduling and conducting bench tests to identify and resolve suspected software defects.
- Proficiency in AUTOSAR is advantageous, along with the ability to write MATLAB and Simulink scripts and functions.
- Experience with timeseries data, statistical analysis, and working with vectors/arrays/matrices is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle On-board Diagnostics (OBD), software calibration, and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is advantageous.
