Job Description & Duties Under the general supervision of the Research Data Supervisor I, the Research Data Analyst II independently performs varied and complex data analyses, builds and maintains business intelligence reports, and reviews, researches and responds to customer service inquiries on existing tools to support mental health program evaluation and quality improvement within the Statewide Mental Health Program (SMHP) and the Tele‑Mental Health (TMH) program.
