Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) - Manufacturing

Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Full-Time | Direct Hire Salary: $60,000

Job Overview We are hiring a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a manufacturing client in Fort Worth. This role handles recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance while partnering with leadership to support workforce initiatives. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding
• Handle employee relations: conflict resolution, coaching managers, investigations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, etc.)
• Administer benefits and support open enrollment
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Support performance management and employee development
• Coordinate training programs and HR initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
• 1-2+ years of HR experience (manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and recruiting
• Experience with payroll processing
• Excel proficiency required
• Experience with Paycom a plus
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred
