As an Outside Sales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.
We are looking for
- Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with "Best in Class" sales processes
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI's.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
- Be able to work independently
- Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
- Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
This position is compensated on a full commission basis after a paid training and ramp up period. Based on current sales performance trends, annual earnings for successful sales representatives generally range from $ 100,000 to $ 250,000 +, although actual earnings are dependent on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
Benefits and Additional Compensation: Eligible employees may participate in company-sponsored benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements. The Company also provides paid training and paid onboarding programs designed to support employee success and development.
