Direct Support Professional positions are located in Egg Harbor Township & Mckee City, NJ. Salary: Starting at $20.42 per hour and increases with education and experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living skills such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in community‑based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals. Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program. Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver’s license. 18 years of age or older (required). Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
