A family of four in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a live-in bilingual Nanny (Spanish and English speaking) to work a rotating schedule caring for a toddler and school-aged children. Responsibilities Create fun, age-appropriate developmental activities. Escort the child to classes and coordinate playdates. Prepare healthy meals and snacks. Maintain the child’s room and belongings, including laundry. Diapering and potty training, bed and bath routines. Help keep the home neat and tidy and partner with involved parents. Provide care during nighttime awakenings of the toddler; can tolerate sleep deprivation. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English; Spanish exclusively to the children. Degree or background in childhood education is a plus. Driver’s license. Comfortable with swimming; ability to get into water. Must work well with hands‑on parents and be open to feedback. Passport ready for overseas travel during the year and school breaks. Full vaccination: COVID, TDAP, flu, etc., and willingness to receive annual boosters. Schedule and Compensation Two weeks on, two weeks off; nanny must have a place to go during weeks off. Fully committed and flexible while working the two weeks; private room and bath provided only during work weeks. Local candidates preferred; fly‑in/fly‑out considered for the right candidate.
