Location

Roseland, NJ. This is a full-time position based in Roseland.

Note:

Candidates should have 2+ years of directly relevant experience in marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a closely related area. Hands-on WordPress experience is required. HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Administer and optimize marketing technology platforms including HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, intranet systems, email signature tools, and related business applications.
• Build and manage HubSpot lists, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, workflows, automation, reporting, and system integrations.
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality, including contact records, company data, segmentation, duplicate management, subscription preferences, and deliverability.
• Manage data imports, exports, cleanup, mapping, synchronization, and audience segmentation for marketing and business development initiatives.
• Maintain WordPress website content including professional biographies, service pages, news, publications, events, forms, and landing pages.
• Support SEO, website analytics, digital tracking, lead capture, and user experience improvements.
• Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, nurture programs, and reusable templates.
• Create dashboards and reports covering email engagement, website performance, lead generation, conversions, intranet usage, and marketing effectiveness.
• Support and enhance the firm's intranet, employee resources, announcements, navigation, and internal digital communications.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, and similar integration technologies.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, HR, vendors, and business stakeholders on implementations, integrations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, training, and user support.
• Translate technical concepts into practical solutions that improve marketing operations, internal communication, and the overall digital workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, marketing operations, digital marketing, intranet administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on WordPress experience required.
• HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience strongly preferred, especially workflows, lists, automation, campaigns, reporting, and database administration.
• Experience with an intranet, SharePoint, employee communications platform, or similar digital workplace technology strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM data structures, database hygiene, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data synchronization highly desirable.
• Experience with Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, or similar tools preferred.
• CodeTwo, SurePoint, or comparable email signature, legal CRM, financial, or practice management platform experience is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is helpful.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
• Law firm or professional services experience is helpful but not required.
