Mid-Level Business Analyst

Supporting a modernization program at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the fully remote Mid-Level Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and manage user stories while collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with FDA stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Support analysis of current workflows and assist in documenting reengineered business processes Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA/ALM, participating in sprint planning and backlog grooming activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role supporting IT system development or modernization projects Demonstrated experience in eliciting and documenting requirements in Agile environments Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA or ALM Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including development of test scripts and defect tracking
