Great opportunity to join well established hospice agency as a Hospice RN Case Manager to see patients in their homes in and around the Dedham, MA area. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Shorter works weeks considered. No weekends or on-call required! Competitive pay rates with mileage reimbursement Requires minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience with a Medicare certified agency. Primary nurse provides quality nursing care to identified Hospice patients. The scope of the primary Hospice RN includes direct patient care, coordination of patient and patient advocacy. Patient includes the individual, family/significant other and community. Must be comfortable with issues relative to end-of life care, death and dying.
