You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs to extending offers. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for various roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or in-house. Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
