We have a unique opportunity with a well-established, privately held regional agency in the Greater Boston Area (MetroWest) for an established commercial producer. to step into an existing book of business while continuing to grow and build your own portfolio.


Highlights include:

• Hybrid schedule in MetroWest Boston, MA
  
  

• $85K-95k base salary + commissions from existing book
  
  

• Commission structure: 40% New Business / 25% Renewal
  
  

• Established book consisting of mid-market accounts
  
  

• Existing accounts with significant cross-sell and rounding opportunities
  
  

• Dedicated support team including an Account Manager, Commercial Lines Processor, Risk Placement Director, and Claims Manager
