We’re looking for experienced Property & Casualty insurance sales producers who are motivated by production, achievement, competition, and income growth.

At DG Insurance Agency, we’re building a high-performance sales organization where producers know their numbers, understand their goals, and take personal ownership of their results.

Our expectation is that experienced producers consistently work toward $50,000+ in new written premium per month , with the opportunity for strong producers to reach $75,000–$100,000+ per month.

We’re not looking for someone who simply wants another insurance job.

What You’ll Do

• Sell personal and commercial P&C insurance products
• Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Work agency-generated and self-generated leads
• Build relationships quickly with prospective customers
• Identify coverage needs
• Present insurance solutions confidently
• Handle objections
• Ask for the sale
• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate
• Generate referrals
• Work toward monthly new-business premium goals
• Continuously improve your sales skills
• Represent DG Insurance Agency professionally and ethically

Leads are designed to amplify a good salesperson—not replace one.

The expectation is that a producer can take an opportunity, build rapport, uncover needs, overcome objections, and ask for the business.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re primarily interested in producers who can demonstrate a history of personally producing business.

You should have:

• An active P&C insurance license
• At least 1 year of P&C sales experience
• A demonstrated history of personally closing new business
• Confidence asking for the sale
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Competitive mindset
• Willingness to be coached and measured
• Ability to work independently
• Desire to build a long-term sales career

Candidates should be prepared to discuss actual production numbers during the interview.
