Director Of Production
Concreteworks East, a leading manufacturer of architectural precast concrete, is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Production. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our production process, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality standards, and strategic coordination among departments. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, department coordination, budget management, process improvement, collaboration, safety compliance, staff management, performance metrics, and lean manufacturing.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 6+ years of experience in production/manufacturing management, preferably in architectural product manufacturing or fabrication. Proven leadership experience. Strong strategic planning skills and ability to drive process improvements. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP software, or dedicated inventory, quality control, and safety software.
