Project ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic individual to lead project teams in executing assigned projects that support the digital capability objectives of our business unit. This role focuses on delivering value efficiently and incrementally.Responsibilities include:Project Planning and Execution (20%): Oversee the planning and execution of small to medium-sized projects to achieve intended outcomes. Collaborate on evolving ideas and discover new requirements to maximize return on investments.Risk Management and Communication (15%): Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to management and stakeholders across projects.Performance Evaluation (10%): Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals.Schedule and Financial Monitoring (15%): Monitor and control the schedule and financial health of projects, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Resource Management (10%): Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful project completion.Vendor Management (10%): Manage one to two vendors providing services to projects, ensuring they meet execution milestones.Stakeholder Engagement (10%): Prepare project status reports and documentation to keep sponsors informed of progress and potential risks.Project Management and Governance (10%): Co-lead the setup of project management and governance structures in collaboration with IT Business Partners and Digital Capability Managers.We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
