Huntington Beach Hospital is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team. You will handle new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screen coordination, I-9/E-Verify, and HRIS changes, ensuring records stay accurate and compliant. This is a Full Time, Day shift position. The role supports hospital recognition programs and answers employee questions, requiring strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
