Benefits Call Center Representative

Supporting employees with their healthcare and retirement inquiries, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, assist with claims processing, and navigate multiple systems in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Help participants understand plan options and provisions Respond to client inquiries via phone and web while documenting calls thoroughly Complete customer-related transactions and provide guidance on required forms Required qualifications: Previous call center experience with high-volume calls Experience with healthcare or employer benefits is highly preferred High school diploma or GED Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency Successful background check & drug test, including education and employment verification
