Company & Position Highlights

• Salary: $65,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases through all phases of the legal process
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development
• Communicate directly with clients and provide ongoing case updates
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes

Qualifications of the Associate Attorney

• 3-5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred
• Active Rhode Island Bar admission required
• Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Team-oriented professional with a commitment to client service
