Category Location Job Type 2nd shift FORKLIFT OPERATOR High Reach / Double Reach Compensation: $19.50 - $19.50 Loading... 2nd shift Forklift Operator – High Reach / Double Reach Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Job Type: Full-Time Location: Freehold, New Jersey Shift: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator with high-reach and/or double-reach experience to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely moving, storing, retrieving, and staging palletized inventory in warehouse racking. Responsibilities Safely operate stand-up high-reach and double-reach forklifts. Put away inbound pallets in designated rack locations. Retrieve pallets from high-level and double-deep rack locations. Replenish and stage inventory as needed. Move pallets for receiving, shipping, and inventory operations. Verify item numbers, quantities, pallet labels, and storage locations. Maintain accurate inventory placement and report discrepancies. Inspect pallets before placing or retrieving them from racking. Complete required forklift safety inspections. Report damaged equipment, racking, pallets, or product immediately. Operate equipment safely to prevent product, pallet, and rack damage. Keep aisles and work areas clean and organized. Assist with general warehouse duties when forklift operation is not required. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating standards. Requirements Previous forklift experience required. High-reach or stand-up reach forklift experience strongly preferred. Double-reach experience preferred. Ability to safely operate equipment in high warehouse racking. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safe equipment operation. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to frequently enter and exit warehouse equipment. Ability to lift, push, pull, and handle warehouse materials as needed. Ability to work in changing warehouse temperatures. Ability to safely work around forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, and other warehouse equipment.
