Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Position is 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2PM CST - 10:30PM CST, with some Weekends What You Will Do You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st Shift You will supervise approximately 12 - 15 hourly Associates On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met What You Should Have You preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications Join us!
