Management Analyst II

This position is primarily located in Norfolk, VA with hybrid work schedule at our corporate office in Chesapeake, VA. The estimated salary range for this role is $72,000$82,000 per year. Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location. Responsibilities: Applies appropriate management analysis processes, project management principles, and technical techniques to facilitate the planning, execution, monitoring and control of multiple projects. Provides management support to all aspects of a project including scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Facilitates team coordination across multiple projects to ensure enterprise wide integration of management efforts. This is a full time, salaried, exempt position. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Three years of relevant experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with IT program management principles (understanding of PMI structure preferred). Experience with MS Office Suite with a strong background with MS Excel. DOD/DON Experience. Education and Minimum General Experience: High School Diploma/GED: 7 years of experience Associates Degree: 5 years of experience Masters Degree: 1 year of experience Ph.D. or Doctorate Degree: No experience required The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
