Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for loading panels onto machines to produce temperature-controlled packaging for the medical and defense industries. The role requires the use of wrenches, screwdrivers, and the ability to read a tape measure to adjust machines as needed.

Work in a cleanroom production environment with a shift schedule of Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, with overtime on Fridays as needed. Initial training will be conducted on the first shift for about 2-4 weeks, from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm. The dress code requires wearing steel-toed shoes. Employees are permitted to listen to one headphone while working.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
