Position Details Full Time Monday-Friday, hours flexible as driven by the OR schedule and need of patients Surgical Assist with experienced general orthopedic surgeon See patients in the clinic and perform inpatient consults/follow ups Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR Environment that encourages learning and career development. Requirements Needed to Apply: Active Texas license Strong communication skills Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program Ortho surgical experience preferred First assist surgical experience required

Qualifications Education Master's Degree Physician Assistant Required Experience 1 Year As a Physician Assistant. Preferred Licenses and Certifications PA - Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required Skills Active listening and learning, critical thinking, reading comprehension, effective communication, time management, judgment and decision making.
