Overview Full‑Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Houston Oral Surgery and Implant Center in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and neck Perform full‑scope AMS procedures, including but not limited to: Dental extractions, including impacted third molars Dental implants, All‑on‑X, and implant‑supported prosthetics Bone grafting and sinus augmentation Pathology and biopsy procedures Management of oral infections and facial trauma (as applicable) Provide IV sedation and anesthesia services in compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with referring dentists, orthodontists, and medical professionals Educate patients and families on treatment options, risks, and post‑operative care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and professionalism Qualifications & Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Active Texas dental license or eligibility for licensure in Texas DEA license and anesthesia permit (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical skills with experience in implants and advanced surgical procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to quality care, teamwork, and practice growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
