Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Lead

Conduct business process reviews , solution walkthroughs, and configuration reviews. Manage integration reviews , security, reporting, and CRP sessions. Lead product demos , UAT, and Oracle ERP Cloud implementation for SCM track. Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent fixes/configurations. Performed at least 2 Implementations of Oracle Cloud Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management , Manufacturing, etc.). Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users. Functional Expertise Expertise in Oracle SCM applications: Purchasing , Self-Service Procurement , Supplier Portals , Sourcing , Contracts . Knowledge of Inventory , Order Management , Pricing , Manufacturing , Materials Management Ability to lead fit-gap analysis , as-is/to-be process design, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and client training. Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and integration capabilities. Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and ERP architecture Communication Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with executive stakeholders. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Solution Driving Ability Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, value -driven solutions. Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks. Customer-Centric Approach Experience in advisory roles, influencing client strategies and ensuring customer success.
