Product Manager VP, Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related field, including 5+ years in strategy consulting, product management, product marketing, solutions consulting, or technology-focused strategy roles
• Advanced understanding of the product development lifecycle, product design, and data analytics
• Track record leading product lifecycle work, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Background ideally gained at a leading consulting firm, financial services organization, or large technology company
• Demonstrated success supporting B2B and enterprise go-to-market organizations, with substantial experience in go-to-market strategy and execution
• Experience contributing to adoption or change-management programs that require sustained engagement
• Ability to influence and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with distributed decision-making
• Strong qualitative research skills and ability to synthesize findings into concise, actionable written materials and persuasive narratives for varied audiences
• Confident presentation skills with audiences of different seniority levels
• Strong project management skills and ability to keep initiatives moving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Preferred: Experience in highly matrixed, complex organizations and positioning platform or infrastructure products for internal or enterprise audiences
• Preferred: Familiarity with data and AI platform concepts, such as data mesh, model serving, and governance infrastructure, and the ability to draw business implications from technical discussions

• Shape product strategy and vision to deliver customer value
• Lead discovery and market research, uncover customer needs, and incorporate findings into the product roadmap
• Own and maintain the product backlog in support of the strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Establish and monitor product success measures, including cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Conduct structured research in target business units through interviews, gap analysis, and persona validation; turn findings into intelligence briefs and concise narratives that guide engagement
• Explain complex data and AI platform capabilities through clear, outcome-focused narratives tailored to business leaders, analysts, data scientists, engineers, and senior data executives
• Create audience-specific messaging, business-unit narratives, use-case playbooks, and objection-handling materials; map stakeholders and develop engagement approaches that build trust and encourage adoption
• Lead lunch-and-learns, roadshows, executive briefings, and stakeholder meetings, adapting content and delivery to each audience
• Coordinate initiatives across product, customer success, engineering, and business teams to sustain engagement and keep execution on track
• Identify and develop early-adopter lighthouse customers, document their outcomes, and use their stories as evidence for broader go-to-market efforts
• Partner with product, engineering, and technical leaders to connect platform capabilities to business implications and keep product narratives accurate and current
• Align messaging and execution with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, business stakeholders, and technology teams
• Move business units through the adoption journey from awareness to engagement and platform usage, while maintaining user engagement
• Feed customer outcomes and proof points into go-to-market narratives to strengthen platform credibility, accelerate adoption, and deepen stakeholder relationships
