Job Description
- INSURE THAT EMPLOYEES ASSIGNED TO SPECIFIC JOBS UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB AND ARE PROPERLY TRAINED.
- INSURE THAT PARTS PAINTED AND ARE TO PRINT SPECIFICATIONS AND THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS NOTED ON THE WORK ORDER.
- INSURE THAT WORK ORDERS ARE COMPLETED ON TIME
- THAT WE MEET OR EXCEEDS MONTHLY EFFICIENCY TARGETS.
- THAT WE MEET OR EXCEED MONTHLY SCRAP TARGETS
- INSURE THAT ALL PAINTING OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED SAFELY AND WITHIN WRITTEN SINTEL AND OSHA SAFETY STANDARDS.
- CONDUCT PERIODIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEWS.
This role is open for both 1st and 2nd shift.
