Job Description & RequirementsPrimary Care Physician

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: M-F | Pay Rate: $263,889.00

Opportunity Highlights

Exclusively outpatient primary care—no inpatient duties required
Options for full-time (4.5 days/week) or part-time (minimum of 3 days/week) schedules
Manage an average of 18–23 patients daily with 30-minute appointments for new patients and 15-minute follow-ups
Participate in a phone-only call rotation—low intensity, with support from nurse triage
Access to on-site or courier-supported lab services, along with local imaging facilities
Receive dedicated support from Medical Assistants (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and have two exam rooms per physician
Utilize a fully integrated EPIC EMR system across the network
