· Shift Options:
• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, OT Fridays
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, OT Fridays (+ $3 shift differential )
· Location: Hamilton, Ohio
· Contract position with possible extension
· Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card

Job Description
As an Assembler, you will build and assemble connector components with precision, using hand tools and following detailed work instructions. You will inspect completed work for accuracy, complete required documentation, and help ensure products meet strict customer and company quality standards.

Responsibilities
· Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and diagrams
· Read and interpret assembly instructions, part lists, and work orders
· Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts
· Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications and Requirements
· Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams accurately
· Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision
· Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small parts
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Reliable attendance and commitment to meeting production schedules

The base pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
