The Staff Pad is partnering with an established, patient-focused dental practice in Minnetonka, MN to identify an Associate Dentist for a flexible, growth-oriented opportunity.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday with flexibility on days and hours

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
  
• Optionally perform procedures such as endodontics, oral surgery, and implants
  
• Collaborate closely with a small, experienced clinical team
  
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
  

Who You Are

• DDS or DMD
  
• Eligible for Minnesota licensure
  
• 2–3 years of experience preferred
  
• Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused
  
• Interested in shaping your schedule and clinical scope
  
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
