Details for Quality Inspector position:
- $16/ Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Perform daily quality assurance activities including CMM measurements, product inspections, testing, and quality studies
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate quality records, and complete data entry reports
- Identify defects, nonconforming materials, and quality concerns and communicate findings to appropriate team members
- Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions to support continuous improvement
- Assist Quality Tech and Leader in maintaining ISO 9001:2008/TS 16949:2009 system and design and implementation of enhancements as required
- Review work instructions, drawings, and quality standards to ensure proper inspection procedures
- Maintain calibration records and verify that measuring equipment is functioning properly
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain consistent quality standards
- Prioritize multiple projects effectively while working independently and as part of a team
- Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, proofreading, writing, editing, and communication skills
- Shows strong organizational and collaborative abilities
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Show basic data entry and excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, push, pull, and reach
