Client Advisor

Summary Represent the brand and its values while delivering an exceptional, memorable in-store experience. Build lasting client relationships, understand individual needs, and contribute to individual and team sales goals. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their store experience. Capture client information in the company CRM and develop ongoing relationships. Promote cross-selling and omnichannel engagement to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and brand and product offerings. Maintain shop floor and visual display standards, follow operational and stock procedures, and help prevent product theft. Address client complaints effectively and partner with the line manager when needed. Collaborate with colleagues to provide a consistent client experience and positive working environment. Requirements Passion for selling and retail, with an interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience building long-term client relationships and knowledge of the relevant product category. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
