Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience, ensuring that every client interaction is memorable.
\n
• Master the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony, tailoring the approach to each client’s needs, lifestyle, and motivations.
\n
• Convey the passion, heritage, and values of BVLGARI, fostering deep client connections and brand loyalty.
\n
• Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to both individual and boutique goals.
\n
• Drive high-end sales by curating premium, exclusive experiences for top-tier clients.
\n

Client Relationship Management

\n
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
\n
• Expand and nurture a strong client portfolio through strategic outreach, referrals, and personalized follow-ups.
\n
• Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to engage, track, and retain clientele.
\n
• Serve as a BVLGARI brand ambassador at private client events, in-store activations, and high-profile engagements
\n

Boutique Operations

\n
• Uphold brand standards by ensuring a pristine, welcoming, and luxurious boutique environment.
\n
• Participate in inventory control, visual merchandising, and product replenishment.
\n
• Support boutique opening and closing procedures, ensuring daily readiness.
\n
• Assist with special projects, high-profile client requests, and operational needs

Your Profile

• Proven success in luxury retail, with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
\n
• Expertise in engaging high-net-worth clients and executing sophisticated sales interactions.
\n
• Fluency in luxury storytelling—passionate about craftsmanship, design, and brand heritage.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills—confident, engaging, and adaptable to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
\n
• Tech-savvy, proficient in CRM software and digital clienteling tools.
\n
• Multi-lingual skills are a plus to cater to an international clientele passionate about luxury craftsmanship and brand storytelling.
