This role is based onsite at our outpatient facility in Rochester, where you will collaborate closely with a passionate team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored rehabilitation programs focusing on enhancing strength, flexibility, and mobility, while promoting functional independence.
• Administer various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, adjusting methods based on individual patient responses.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through comprehensive documentation, utilizing electronic health record systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, regularly attending team meetings to discuss patient updates and treatment strategies.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercises and lifestyle changes to promote long-term health and well-being.
• Stay informed on current best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on outpatient therapy services for a diverse population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain management. You will have the responsibility of developing rapport with clients, emphasizing a patient-centered approach to treatment that respects their individual needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory, with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program preferred.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication, capable of effectively conveying information to colleagues, patients, and families.
• Strong organizational skills that allow you to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
