- Product ManagerApply**Job#: 3051778****Job Description:****Apex Systems** is seeking an experienced **Product Manager** to drive the development and enhancement of digital products and platform capabilities. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve processes, enhance user experience, and create measurable business value.The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of product management experience and is comfortable managing initiatives from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities* Gather and prioritize business and user requirements through stakeholder engagement, research, and data analysis.* Translate requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.* Manage product initiatives from concept through implementation and release.* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and new features.* Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.* Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.* Maintain product documentation and support quality delivery.Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* 3-5+ years of product management, business analysis, or related experience.* Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.Preferred Qualifications* Experience working with Agile development teams and product management tools.* Familiarity with wireframing, product analytics, and user experience best practices.* Experience analyzing and interpreting data to support product decisions.* Exposure to enterprise software, workflow applications, or operational systems.* Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
