Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place. Track project progress and prepare regular status updates and reports. Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for project execution. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Support in resolving project-related issues and implement solutions to maintain project timelines. Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have: Experience with commercial construction projects, including planning and execution. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards. Proficiency with project management software and tools. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
