Job Title:         Demand & Supply Chain Planning Analyst 2

Location:         2600 Melksee Street, San Diego CA 92154

Shift:                Mon – Fri 7AM – 4PM
Summary:

Seeking a Global Trade Analyst to support Free Trade Agreement (FTA) qualification and USMCA certification processes. The role coordinates with PwC, suppliers, procurement, manufacturing sites, and internal teams to manage Certificates of Origin and resolve documentation issues.

Important: This is not a logistics-focused role. Candidates should have knowledge of FTA/USMCA qualification and trade compliance rather than primarily logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Certificate of Origin and supplier solicitation requests.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams for required documentation.
• Troubleshoot missing or inaccurate FTA documentation.
• Track requests, maintain master data, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain organized records and generate reports/metrics.
• Escalate complex trade compliance issues when needed.
• Participate in calls with teams across different regions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support.
• Strong understanding of USMCA, Certificates of Origin, and country-of-origin requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-up skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Associate degree preferred; BA/BS preferred.
