We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Marlboro NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a OT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers.
For more than 26 years our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists physicians occupational therapists.
What Youll Do

Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
Help patients improve strength mobility function and return to activity
Provide therapeutic exercise manual therapy and appropriate modalities
Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team

Schedule

Full-Time 40 hours/week (Mon-Friday)

Compensation

$100000$125000/year Up to $12000 additional annual bonus
$10000 sign-on bonus
