Work Environment

This position is based in our onsite home care facility, specifically designed to cater to our patients' unique needs. The work environment emphasizes teamwork and open communication, ensuring that you will collaborate closely with a team of experienced healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other medical specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive treatment to three adult patients per hour, focusing primarily on individuals aged 40-65.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific assessment results and therapy goals.
• Apply hands-on therapy techniques along with therapeutic exercises and patient education to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Engage in teamwork and open communication with a diverse group of healthcare providers, including MDs, OTs, DCs, NPs, and PAs, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR), focusing on documentation that reflects treatment progress and patient responses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic consists of adults aged 40 to 65 who may be dealing with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to helping these patients achieve significant functional improvements and recovery milestones. Building rapport with patients and offering tailored care plans will be essential in enhancing their health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapy license is mandatory.
• Possessing strong interpersonal skills is essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• While experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds who are eager to learn and adapt.
• Experience using electronic medical records, particularly CureMD, is considered a plus but not a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
